1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the evip7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any bet on evip7. This age restriction applies universally to all players, regardless of jurisdiction or product type.
2. Jurisdiction: evip7 primarily serves players located in Indonesia, including but not limited to Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Makassar, and Palembang. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is lawful in your specific location before registering. evip7 does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
3. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You may not register or use evip7 if you are legally prohibited from entering into contracts under applicable law.
4. One Account per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on evip7. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Exclusion Lists: You may not register if you have previously been self-excluded from evip7 or have been barred by evip7 for any reason. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming products on evip7, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process available at the evip7 Login page. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
2. Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. evip7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your username and password.
3. Account Security: You must notify evip7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): evip7 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents (such as a KTP — Indonesian national ID card — or a valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
5. Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your balance, or any winnings to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on evip7 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

evip7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

1. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
2. Deposits are credited to your evip7 Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Standard processing time for local bank transfers is under 60 seconds during business hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
3. evip7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which evip7 accepts no responsibility.
4. Deposits may only be used for wagering on the evip7 platform. Any deposit made without genuine intent to wager — for example, to exploit bonus structures — may be reversed without notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

1. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed on your Account.
3. evip7 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Complex cases requiring additional review may take longer.
4. evip7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
5. Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

evip7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific requirements stated in each promotion. evip7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bets are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Where no multiplier is explicitly stated, a default wagering requirement of 10x applies to the bonus amount.
3. Minimum Odds: Qualifying wagers placed to meet a bonus wagering requirement must meet any minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward the wagering requirement.
4. Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion period per Account, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
5. Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonus amounts will be forfeited automatically upon expiry without further notice.
6. Seasonal Promotions: evip7 may offer time-limited promotional campaigns during cultural and public holiday periods — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These campaigns are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of each offer.
7. Modification and Withdrawal: evip7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an Account that are actively being wagered in good faith.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on evip7 across all product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) markets:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by evip7. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Wallet balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, and player Account tier. evip7 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time.
3. Sportsbook — Live Betting: Live in-play odds are subject to change at any moment. evip7 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay acceptance of in-play bets under circumstances including but not limited to data feed interruption, match suspension, or goal/scoring events in transit.
4. Sportsbook — Result Disputes: The result of a sporting event for settlement purposes is determined by the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 fixtures, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute, evip7's determination is final.
5. Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session.
6. Togel Markets: Togel draw results are sourced from the official result of the relevant lottery market (e.g., Singapore Pools for Singapore draws). In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules published at the time of bet placement.
7. System Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display or erroneous game outcome, evip7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Wallets. evip7 is under no obligation to honor bets accepted as a result of a manifest error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the evip7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the evip7 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit bonus structures or odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit at the expense of evip7.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any other skill-based product.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the evip7 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or distribute any part of the evip7 platform, software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing evip7 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error for financial gain.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the evip7 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of evip7 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any evip7 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any evip7 content without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of evip7 intellectual property may constitute an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the evip7 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

evip7 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform. Player financial data and identity documents are stored securely and are not disclosed to third parties except where required for payment processing, KYC compliance, or by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evip7 excludes all liability for:

1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the evip7 platform.
2. Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures.
3. Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or Wallet, where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software, data feeds, or payment processing services integrated into the evip7 platform.
5. Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the evip7 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

evip7's total liability to you under these Terms, in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

evip7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated balances and pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Duplicate Account detection.
• Account registration by a person under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring restriction or disclosure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting bonus amounts and pending settlement of open bets) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests that include a self-exclusion instruction will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which evip7 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, and nothing does, confer jurisdiction on any Indonesian court or governmental body.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the evip7 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. evip7 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular country or region. If accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted, you do so at your own risk and legal exposure.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of evip7's incorporation. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments

evip7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players via their Account email address or a platform notification.

Your continued use of the evip7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.
